Again only one till on. Huge queue. Went to pharmacy to pay but woman refused to do transaction saying medical items only. Scruffy store never stocked well. Often wholeshelves left unstocked. Never shopping there again. Boots need to investigate management of store as its clearly failing

Absolutely appealing customer service and worst boots I have ever been to. Always ling queue and only one person on the till. Same situation today. Maybe 15 customers waiting, one woman serving and rest ot the staff happily walking around pretending to be busy. Lots of people moan when self service tills are replacing staff but when I see this kind of lazy approach I don't feel sorry for them. So roll on self service till or just shut this store for good...

In my today’s shopping I have received excellent customer service by one of staff name Mandy. She has good knowledge about everything in shop and help me to find a good choice. I don’t normally comment on shop experience but this time I overwhelmed with her support. Wants to say thank you.

This is the worst Boots I’ve been to in Birmingham!I wouldn’t even give 1 star to these guys.I will never give them my custom again after being falsely accused for shoplifting. I was told the security guy is fully trained to do his job, well it didn’t seem so when you’re suspecting innocent people of doing something they didn’t do.He even reported next door to M&S’ security guard to keep a look out on myself and 2 of my family members. Utter rubbish, embarrassing us and yourselves in front of other customers when you knew we didn’t steal.Bunch of jokers - go and pick on someone who actually looks like a thief.

1 star is being generous. Was told I have to be 25 to buy cold and flu tablets despite being 18 and offering to show my ID. Would honestly rather walk in the rain to another pharmacy than give this boots any more business. Thanks to the employee Harps for making my experience special.

When I go to this pharmacy to get my prescription they tell me it is not ready to collect, although several days have passed on the request of the prescription. In addition to this last time I got back home i found one item of my prescription missing I tried to contact them more than once but no one responds. I am upset and unsure why this is the case.

Prescription service is really poor, it takes over a week from the doctors approval to get your prescription filled. Excuses range from lost deliveries, IT system failures, too many customers and staff shortages. So after 10+ years of getting my prescriptions here I am moving.

If I could give zero I would!. I tried to return a faulty bottle of perfume today. The lady in the shop (Jackie) was very rude and didn't care it was my partners 50th birthday today (oh well never mind was her response in a sarcastic manner) and wouldn't authorise an exchange. After speaking to customer services outside I was advised to return to the store with a reference number. I was then told by another lady that her hands are tied and I can stand there all day if I want! they won't exchange!. The gentleman on the phone was fantastic and even offered to speak to them with my phone as no one was answering when he tried to call, but they refused to talk to him.I am disgusted at their attitude and the fact my partner is without her perfume on her special day.I have used boots for over 30yrs but no more.I will escalate this and never use boots again, certainly not this store!. I had to go back to the city centre store where the manager was lovely and exchanged the perfume. I will never use Sutton again now. An I'm still waiting to hear from the vacant manager?I would also recommended an investigation into how that was sold to me in that condition when upon opening this box its clear that the box I returned was either tampered with or counterfeit!.You sold me a returned item. Check your returns.And I would never recommend this store. We have gone off boots altogether.
