I bought a MG 5 Exclusive from Chiswick MG Norton Way on 09/12/2023.I had been unsure of the model i want but as soon as i walked in at Chiswick MG i found a professional team with a good knowledge about these cars.From the outset Alexandra was absolutely fantastic throughout.Alexandra was amazing at helping me to pick the right car and talking through everything when trading in my old car.Alexandra's fantastic knowledge and proactive stance,ensure all benefits and possible additions to the sale are dealt with quickly and clearly.I simply cannot recommend Alexandra highly enough.The quality of service is rare these days but Alexandra at Chiswick MG make it happen.

I bouhgt MG HS from these guys and really disappointed with theri service. I ordered a COC document for the car with them even before i bought the car and its been more than 2 months that i did not receive this document. Every time i chase there is no reply.I must say very bad experience. LIke typical seller once goods are sold then no more concern.
