Speedy, professional, friendly, cheerful, helpful knowledgeable these are just some of the things that I observed and received, when I had to use Enterprise Car & Van hire.My car had broken down and after a long frustrating day made worse by an incompetent breakdown & recovery company. It was with relief that on arrival I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. The paperwork was completed promptly and I was shown the car a Citroën C3 the controls were shown to me and a visual check completed, I was soon on the road home.The same thing on returning the car to my local branch 330 miles away, a visual check of the car, fuel and mileage checked and a few minutes later I was being driven home by a member of staff. Overall a very pleasing experience.

Really happy with the service throughout and the vehicle car hired whilst my car repairs were being undertaken. All the staff I spoke with were very helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Came to the rescue when I was left stranded by car dealership. Found me a car immediately, once someone finally notified them that I needed one.Came to my house in the evening and swapped it for a better one!Thoroughly recommended!

i never saw enterprise bad service like this, I rented a card yeaterday on teesside airport and she told me tank is full.. My hotel was about 7 miles and got the warning before reach to hotel about low fuel..Anyhow i reached the hotel really bad service…

I rang Stockton branch to take my car back early eg modify my booking and I was told it is not modifying my booking ????I rang 11.50am on Saturday when I rang back on the option they told me conveniently nobody answered !!!!!!

Once again I cannot speak highly enough of Enterprise in Stockton-on-Tees.A special mention to Justin (branch manager),who once again went beyond the call of duty and made the whole experience effortless.
