Nottingham Pet Crematorium

It took me two months + for me to write this. I wasn't able to do anything for a couple of months after my little Ms Diva Dolce had passed away unexpectedly. I can't thank you enough for looking after my little spoiled baby and helping her to cross the rainbow bridge. They treated Dolce respectfully and we had an outdoor ceremony as the weather was so beautiful. Thank you for squeezing us last minute and giving us such an amazing arrangement/service

A very personal and attentive service. We were given a same day appointment and everything was taken care of. Our dog was very large but this was not a problem. Beautiful surroundings to say goodbye to your beloved pet. Lovely people, empathetic and kind who show a real understanding of the trauma and upset of losing a member of the family. Additional services offered suchas keepsakes of fur and paw prints also available.

We lost our Little Angel called “Happy” recently. We tried our best and yet she is still gone. Losing her left a big hole in our heart, and it hurts really deep we will never recover from the pain.We were so lucky to meet with such an excellent service provided by the Nottingham Pet Crematorium. They helped us throughout the most heartbreaking and difficult time. Amazing staff who were so warm and welcoming and at the same time friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The room was decorated so beautiful and lots of attention to detail, which represented how much they truly respect and love the pets. They made us feel really comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Words cannot express our gratitude to Simon, John and Rita. They made our “Happy look so calm and peaceful...She looks really pretty just like an angel in a fairytale sleep. They had laid lots of flowers around her and playing her favourite song. The new life is waiting for her now across the rainbow bridge.Overall they offered a truly first class dignified respectful service. Such a beautiful and perfect send-off for our little boy. We could have not imagined it any other way. The team took real care of making his last moments with us really special and were absolutely lovely, really supportive and respectful. The presentation was beautiful and you can tell everything is handled with care, we greatly appreciate their service.

I can’t recommend and thank Nottingham Pet Crematorium enough. I found myself at a complete loss when we lost our beloved Miniature Schnauzer, Pepper on 29th Dec. From the moment I rang and spoke to Rita I immediately felt relieved as I found myself talking to someone who really cared. Rita was so understanding and explained how things were being operated differently due to Covid. An appointment was made for us to take Pepper. We met Simon, who, like Rita was so caring not just to us but also towards Pepper. We were given time with Pepper to say our goodbyes. Again when we collected Peppers ashes everything was carried out with great respect.Thank you Nottingham Pet Crematorium

Last summer I lost my Bella. It was the first time I'd lost a pet as an adult and I didn't have a clue what to do. I immediately contacted the Nottingham Pet Crematorium and through tears made an appointment to see them. From that first phone call they were soothing, compassionate and helpful. They always referred to Bella by name and I was glad that they gently told me of all the services they offered in that first phone call. This was not insensitive; it gave me all the reassurance I needed because it meant that I didn't have to start taking paw prints from Little Bella's body or saving some of her fur. Throughout my following two visits they continued to show kindness and patience. My final memory of Bella is her lying on a pillow, surrounded by flowers in the peace of the beautiful funeral home. She looked like she was happily falling asleep. I am eternally grateful to these wonderful people. Thank you.

The kindness shown to us at the pet Crematorium was so genuine and helpful at a very sad time. Their services were well organised and efficiently carried out. I would certainly recommend them to anyone facing the loss of a much loved pet.Thankyou for being there when we needed you.

Our beautiful best friend Daisy who was with our family for 13 glorious years past away on the 21st of September, we as a family decided to have a cremation. As I don’t drive Simon came to collect Daisy at such short notice, the care Daisy and our family received was absolutely deserving of how special Daisy was and still is, she had nothing but the best .Simon is such a caring person and he clearly has passion for animals and people we are truly grateful for how he took care of everything. Thank you for all you did for George are black labrador three weeks ago by picking him up and taking care of his cremation and making it so special when we picked his ashes up. Very professional and we can't thank you enough.The Ward family.

Yesterday we took our little dog I cannot express the service and kindness that we received it was amazing from when we arrived to when we pick her up I would highly recommend this and people that has seen my photo ect wish they had know about this before what a lovely send off my princess missy moo moos had thanks once again Mr & Mrs brookes
