Our project was to demolish an existing single-storey extension, replace it with a larger one, and fit out a single garage to create an insulated space.Rich made sure that we were comfortable with the estimate and build process before starting work. He and his team were all friendly and good-humoured throughout the build. As with any large build, some additional issues were found with the house. Any extra work was fairly priced, and carried out well.We remained in the house during the works, and disruption was well within acceptable limits. Our neighbours also commented that disruption to them was very low.In short, fairly-priced, well-executed, friendly. A highly recommended firm.

Rich and his exceedingly friendly team completely transformed our tired old bungalow. They took care of everything, structural steelwork, bifold doors, kitchen, bathroom, a full rewire, underfloor heating system, plastering, a custom dog bed area and shower!The team were always friendly, polite, tidy and professional.We can’t recommend them highly enough!

Rich and his team have done an amazing job renovating our Apartment, it doesn’t look like the same place! From knocking out walls, new Kitchen, Bathroom, lowered all the ceilings for complete new electrics, underfloor heating, complete plastering they’ve done it. We used R Stokes Ltd to convert a tired and shabby lean to into a fantastic utilty room and shower room. Right from the first meeting they were in tune with what we wanted to achieve and they really delivered, we are delighted with the end result. They were polite, courteous, understanding, hardworking and came in bang on budget. Cannot recommend them highly enough, fantastic team of skilled people.

I have had a loft conversion and large extension build, and structural work to the house done by Rich and his team. The communication and workmanship is top class. I am looking to have underfloor heating done soon and cannot think of a better team to complete the job.

Great bunch of guys, very knowledgeable, competent and keen to satisfy the homeowners wants and needs. We had an internal wall removed, underfloor heating and tiling throughout the kitchen and garden rooms. Lovely job!
