10/10 experience Jenny and her staff were very nice and quick. She has a lot of precision in her work and does amazing French nails. Highly recommend

I have been doing my nails at Jenny’s Nails for about 8 years, visiting every 2-3 weeks for acrylic nails and pedicure with mostly Shellac/Gel but have tried normal polish and Dip Powder for ombré looks/designs on my acrylic nails. Always a quick and efficient service, especially for the value. Years of experience here which goes a long way. A great range of colours to choose from and have had various designs in the past. I always get compliments on my nails from friends and colleagues, and some times even strangers when out! Jenny normally does my nails but the other staff have also done them when she’s off and they have been just as good and quick. I’ve never had issues with the quality, don’t get any peeling/chips and rarely any breakages (and yes I do plenty of house work without gloves and raising my twins!). Would recommend Jenny’s Nails in Hounslow West, always leaving pleased with my refreshed nails.

I have been coming here for nearly 8 years! The Best nail Salon in town! Jenny and Lee are both amazing! Lily is Brilliant and is always so much fun! Honey is great too! Recommended if you want perfectly done nails every-time!

My family and I have been a customers of Jenny's Nails for over 10 years! Jenny always ensures the best service and caters to your needs! Amelia, Lilly, Jenny & the boys are my favourite! Super approachable, kind, caring, and wonderful people. You have the most hilarious conversations whilst getting your nails done, and they will always try their best to perfect the designs asked at an affordable price.I was super ecstatic with my nails today! Amelia always makes me smile and did a wonderful job!

As you can see in the photo, after visiting the store on 22nd August 2023, I had recieved cuts on my cuticles. They are now sore and have now started to scab up. The place was busy, so I understand the staff were limited to how many were served. I was lucky that I booked an appointment online using the treatwell app. I paid for the Pedicure and manicure. They did both treatments within the 1 hour slot. The Pedicure was great, the polish has stayed on immaculate and no cuts. However the manicure as you can see chipped on the same day. I understand that this was a regular nail polish , but I could have bought a similar polish shade on the highstreet and do it myself and it would still last longer, plus not cut my fingers.

My experience with their service was disappointing. It seemed like the nail technicians were still in the learning process while working on my nails. I noticed that the shape of my nails was uneven, which was surprising considering the salon was not busy at the time. The lady who attended to me was rushed and in a hurry.When I brought up the issue, I received a defensive response from all three staff members, which made me feel as though I was asking for something unreasonable. Throughout my visit, the entire staff exhibited rudeness, which was quite disappointing.Considering the overall experience, I felt that it was a waste of money.

So happy with the friendly service and skilled staff here. My acrylic nails and gel design are exactly how I asked for them and the nail shape is perfect. Highly recommend :))

Took my elderly mum to get her nails done to make her feel better as she is isolated at home suffering from Parkinson’s disease. The lady who works for jenny was so rough and rude. She was pulling my mum’s hands and made her cuticles and skin sore. When i asked her to be gentle, started shouting and left the manicure in the middle and got very loud. Was yelling at us in front of all customers. The ones were waiting to get their nails done started leaving.These people don’t know anything about customer care. Should be even there

Amazing service! This is my second time there for Gelish Nails. This time I got my nails done by Jenny who is the owner of the place, she is wonderful and does the job with dedication, patience and her employees really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows! Will definitely be a repeat customer.
