Very very disappointing a huge degradation in service after having used them before. Staff disinterested in providing help and avoiding mistakes either on their own part or customers and very difficult to get to speak to anyone on phone or get a site visit. Ended up having to scrap most of kitchen I'd paid over £25K for and having someone else rebuild it. Estimators take weeks to come out and fitters months. Strongly recommend against them, there are local people who do a good job for much less.

Be very careful using. A builder built my house, but when I purchased it the warranty disappeared! I called customer support and they told me they wouldn’t help. Had to fix personally, and the plumber told us that the sink had been fitted without clamps, so not done properly. No recourse and no help.Please consider twice before using.
