Delicious food, quick delivery and fantastic value for money. Would definitely use again.

Asked for a chicken curry and fried rice. I realised halfway through eating it that it was a house special curry and I'm allergic to shellfish. Rang up to explain and they weren't very sympathetic, and implied I'd originally ordered a house special. Won't be returning.

Food quality has always been good, however placing an order by telephone is impossible. For a takeaway that charges restaurant prices, order placement should be easier. Rang over 30 times tonight and then gave up and went elsewhere.

Just eaten Beef in Szechuan sauce,and Prawns in Peking sauce with egg fried rice.Sorry but it was all tasteless.The reason I gave it 2 stars was for the young lady who took the phone order. She was polite and courteous.When I went to collect it she was exactly the same.Won't be ordering again.

Too busy for one poor girl on the counter. Phone ringing off the hook with 5 or 6 people waiting to be seen. I rang mine in beforehand. But the order was messed up so had to go back in and sort it and wait after collectionGirl immediately went defensive about the missing item saying I didn't order it despite me 100% ordering it and repeating it on the phone. I wasn't unhappy, or blaming her, just one of those things. I just needed it sorting, and paid for the extra item.Got home. The shrimp fried rice id ordered had no shrimp in it.Food itself was great though (what was ordered) Can't fault it. But that girl needs some help.

Confused people have said this is the. “ the best chinese ”. The salt and pepper chips were nice. Ordered two totally different sauce dishes and both tasted of absolutely nothing, curry was bland didn’t really taste of anything. Don’t know if it was a bad night or something happened but I don’t think I’ll come back any time soon.

Food was very average. Crispy chilli beef had no spice whatsoever and special fried rice and chow mien were bland.

Part of the order was missing, so rang back once order had arrived, and asked for missing food to be delivered. Was advised by the exceedingly polite (yes this is sarcasm) customer service representative that it was our fault for not requesting to have the item, aforementioned item is part of the meal description and a staple of the meal itself so no request should be required. After a ton of attitude i was advised it would be 30 minutes before it could be delivered to me and when i asked to speak to the manager i was told they were not in and i would actually need to speak to another member of the team, when i asked to speak to them i was advised they were also not there, making absolutely no sense. I was then asked “do you want the item or not then” to which i responded of course, it’s what we have paid for.item was later delivered.Food is delicious, customer service is absolutely awful. As a regular customer a simple apology and offer to deliver the item would have sufficed. Bring back the old front of house staff.

Tasted better. Chicken balls wern't to bad, but the fried rice and chips were under par.Would give it 6/10.
