Staff always so friendly and polite and give lots of attention to whatever animal is in the reception. They go above and beyond. Lovely personal touch. The Vet’s themselves again very friendly and caring. Listen to yr concerns. Would def recommend

The vets and staff are so caring my last dog was diagnosed with diabetes and they were so good and always there to help us before we lost her and my present dog millie loves going there they Treat her as if she was one of their ownI have recommended the practice to many family and friends and will continue to do so

The staff at the Marlow branch is friendly and very helpful. My dog was seen by a vet called Mel today and Mel was amazing. Long story short, she spotted a problem with our dog's back legs that was unrelated to our visit. My husband and I had noticed something was odd but no other vet could quite figure it out (We mentioned it to various vets on 3 different occasions) so I am so grateful to Mel because we will now be able to do something about it.

The fact that Bertie strains the lead to enter the surgery is testimony to the caring manner of the vet. though availability of treats may also have an influence. For myself, I am not swayed by the offer of a treat, but I certainly am impressed by anyone who can effectively subdue and treat my irascible terrier. This visit to Hall Place demonstrated this skill in bucket loads !
