After I had my accident my husband told me to contact Acton Coachworks as they had recently done work on my brother in-laws car. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Stephen who was really lovely and very friendly. He made me feel at ease and checked the car over to see what damage had been caused. He also put me in touch with a company who would help make sure I didn't lose my no 16 year no claims bonus, as the driver went into the back of me whilst stationary. I thought is was above and beyond their service and greatly appreciated it. Over the coming days any questions I had Stephen replied in a very quick manner and answered all with knowledge and proffessionalism. He kept me up to date about how long the repairs would take and when I could pick up my car. Acton Coachworks is a fantastic garage and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

Very professional high quality finish on my rear bumper respray. Customer service was great and work was carried out quicker than quoted timeframe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality job.

High quality service, looks like new! I returned from holiday to find someone had cracked the rear bumper and scratched the diffuser on my Audi RS6 C7 while parked outside my house. I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from my Audi dealer who I felt were chasing insurance money to do unnecessary work for a cosmetic issue. Acton Coachworks on the other hand took a very pragmatic view about what could be considered consumable parts in London! They checked availability for parts while I was there, gave me an estimate and fixed it the next week: new bumper + painting; stripped and resprayed the existing diffuser. Ultimately the job came in more than 2.5 times cheaper than the Audi dealer and I also felt like Acton Coachworks was a lot more trustworthy.

Simply outstanding from start to finish - without a doubt the silver lining after my car was vandalised. Quality of work impeccable - customer service to match. Thanks so much Paul for taking care of my pride and joy. Best wishes.

Excellent service! A driver collided with me on a roundabout and severely damaged the left front wing and bonnet. My car was picked up, repaired and delivered back to my house with minimum fuss. After repair, the car looks pristine. Could not have asked for better - Acton Coachworks even repaired a small dent that I had not mentioned! Thank you to everyone at Acton Coachworks.

I'd give this business 6 stars if that were possible.In spite of the great reviews on the internet, I was a little bit concerned turning up in a family hatchback with a misaligned driver's door, as I noticed that they had a yard full of supercars waiting to get straightened out. I needn't have worried.I gave them the car at 4pm on Monday. At 9am on Tuesday, they called to say it was ready. The door is now in better shape than the day the car left the factory. They then presented me with an invoice for £100 LESS than their estimate. To top it off, you couldn't wish to deal with a more professional, friendly and pleasant group of people.I live fairly close to their base, but would seriously consider travelling the length of the country for the sort of service they offer.

I am really particular about my car. I collected it yesterday and I am so impressed with the quality of workmanship. It is as though the damage to my new car never happened! So thank you to all the team who worked on my car, and a particular vote of thanks to both Bob and Paul, who are obviously passionate and take great pride in what they do. I would not hesitate to use Acton Coachworks again, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
