I was invited to turn up for a patch test at any time. Despite staff knowing I was there I was left standing outside in the rain. After 5 minutes I left and will definitely not be returning. Very disappointed.

I love the salon and travel over 40 miles to have my hair done. and have done for a number of years. I was inthe salon when the lady came for ski n test. the salon had vunerable customers in so due to covid the lady was not allowed in salon however a member of staff did go straight to explaine to her situation bit she had left in less than 1 min its a shame as she is missing out on a amazing hair and beauty

Lynne pinned up my hair for a wedding this month. She was very professional and explained techniques step by step for me.I was a little concerned that my fly away hair would not stay in but stayed lovely all day and was lovely even two days later after sleeping on it. Lots of compliments on my hair on the day. Thanks Lynne really appreciated you taking the stress of my hair from me on the day. :) x
