Kfc has become very popular for not being very fast in service, but we all accept this because of the food is worth waiting for but today i give this restaurant a 1 only because of the lack of customer service, we ordered food as normal and paid which was ok.But on second window, while we waited for a while we had no communication at all, not a hello or we’ll be with you in a second, just a few people walking around looking at us.The lady that gave us the food had headphones in her ears this made it hard for her to here me ask for sauce with my meal. and once we had our food I had to ask twice again for some sauce, on which she replied that they didn’t have the one I wanted, ok no worries, i understand you run out of things. I’m now parked in the carpark eating my food and i realised we have no spoon or fork for our coleslaw. Easy mistake as shes busy listing to music, so i go in and ask for a spoon , and i also see all the sauces on display. I ask the lady behind the front desk which again I had to wait for a while and tried to get three peoples attention I finally received my spoon but also my sauce, very annoying my wife has eaten most of her food now.If this lady in drive through had said hello or will be with you in a bit. No problem, instead we waited a while with no communication. If this lady had given us the proper utensils with our food ie spoon, napkin, sources . id be happy, if this lady wasn’t listening to music or something on headphones, ( clearly not kfc microphone) and decided to look harder for the 3 or 4 sources your suppose to have with your chicken bucket meal, which we only wanted one. i wouldn’t be complaining but it seems to be happening more often each time we come here

Food fine, but really slow service and part of my order missing. I saw the staff packing up my order and had to ask if they packed my corn on the cob, had a vacant look at me and I showed them my order.They staff blaming each other about not packing my food, then they walked away to serve drive through customer and then I got my corn.

Tried KFC after a long while because they have the new signature fries. Ordering was easy and there were bargains on the menu if you search for them. Not bad.

I got diverted off of the M4 past this KFC last Friday, so I thought I'd get a take away. Got to say it was the best KFC I've had in years, fresh, hot and delicious. The staff were great too. So much better than my local KFC in Cross Hands.Thanks

Decent place to get food quickly, but not the best KFC I've had. There's another kfc about 10 minutes away wish has nicer food but if you just need a quick stop them by all means

To make matters worse, it needs to be improved a lot, the attendants are rude, and they always look bad. They take too long to reach you, my god, is there no manager at this establishment?

I know it's Mainly a chicken menu, but my wife eats meat and I don't. Seen a vegan burger on the menu ..... Didn't have one it doesn't take much to leave one in the freezer does it?! Had to go around the corner to burger king who did have one, if you don't have it don't put it on the menu! Oh and they didn't have pepsi Max either or milkshake

We got some takeaway and didn't check if they had added everything we ordered into the bag, half of the stuff was missing... they're always missing a part of the order and act like it's your fault when you point it out.

Quiet but ok enjoyed my stack meal .wife said chicken was fatty ? And a little greasy .
