Kyle was extremely helpful with my purchase. His extensive knowledge on jewellery and diamonds is second to none. He was more than happy to guide me through the process of such an important purchase giving all the pros and cons of each option. He understood my requirements and helped tailor this to suit without any “sales push” he simply wanted to make sure I was getting the right ring for my budget. He ensured the ring design was bespoke with such attention detail it is no surprise that I was over the moon with the result! I cannot thank and recommend him enough, an absolutely fantastic experience!

We purchased an engagement ring and wedding rings through Christopher James and the experience was first-class throughout. The team were able to provide expert advice whilst listening to what we wanted and making suggestions accordingly. There was no 'hard sell' - they were genuinely interested in finding us something that matched our tastes. The stones are certificated (and they have a wide range to suit different styles of ring, cut/colour/clarity preferences and budgets) and the workmanship involved in producing the rings is very impressive. The standard of service is exceptional and we would recommend most enthusiastically.

The service I received from these guys at CJ was second to none... The bespoke quality and craft of the jewellers workmanship was exactly what I was looking for and also worked within a timescale that was met a day before my 50th... I will be going back again for sure and a beer for me and a wine for my Mrs at purchase was also a lovely touch... Absolutely 1st class!

Kyle was brilliant helping me pick an engagement ring. He went through it all in great detail and explained everything brilliantly. He made me feel there was no pressured sell and he was clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Walking in off the street myself and my friend were warmly greeted by Christian (The owner) and his lovely assistant - I forgot her name… however the thing is we didn’t go there to “buy anything”… and we made this clear from the beginning… in fact my enquiry was for help as to how I can go about getting a valuation on a ring I had purchased somewhere else…. Christian sat down with us, looked at the ring, inspected the encryption with much time and effort at no cost, printed off the associated GIA certificate of the stone gave us a “ball park” to what the cost would be to sell, gave us advice on what we could/should do instead and although no financial transaction was made and I wasn’t a “customer as such” I felt strongly to come here and leave a 5 star review for “potential customer”service and all around super helpful advice. Very helpful when it came to advice on what would / wouldn't work for a custom design engagement ring, made the process (and stress!) of it all seamless and easy, including when I had to send back for resizing due to band being too large (see photo!), incredibly competitive price and the finished product was flawless, would highly recommend.
