What a superb service from start to finish. The team have been excellent in every way, from Sales, Survey to Fitting. I could not be happier with the outcome, my house is now Warm, Quiet and above all looking fabulous. And a massive thank you to Bret and Joe, what a team they are at fitting Windows.I completely recommend Hayley Windows, if your in the market for an upgrade or just a change.Malcolm

It's been a few years since I have needed the services of a window company, so it felt like a bit of a gamble when trying to source the right company. However, I can say following a bit of research and going into the showroom, there was no gamble involved with Hayley Windows!The whole team from start to finish were fantastic, plenty of good advice from the showroom staff explaining the products available and enabling an informed decision making process for us. The home visit survey was straight forward, again plenty of good advice around window choice based on the house design.Then the fitting team of Brett and Joe, a couple of great chaps who clearly know their trade! they were very professional, polite and efficient throughout the four days with us. You couldn't ask for more from them, they answered any questions we had, explained the fitting schedule for each day and the place was left clean and tidy before they left at the end of the day, taking the old frames away with them with the help of Steve :)We needed all of the windows and doors replaced including two composite doors, french doors to the rear and a porch. We opted for the Residence 7 range which was a big investment, but the quality of the products are plain to see and we are extremely happy with our choice.Overall a good experience all round, a family run business that know how to deliver a top class service from start to finish!I don't write many reviews, but as part of my research I did read their reviews which helped me choose them as a company, so I felt it was important to complete my own.I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Brilliant service as always from Hayley Windows Design & Installation Ltd. Lovely design from Danielle (she had plenty of patience whilst we deliberated on final window choice). Bret and Joe fitted the windows in 2 days, both polite, friendly and did a lovely job. We’re so pleased with the end result.

We had the windows at the front of our house completed by Hayley Windows just over ten years ago and decided to return to them for the replacement of windows at the back of the house. Very pleased again with the service ... every member of staff we have met or spoken to has been friendly, helpful and professional. Our fitters (Bret and Joe) were very pleasant lads and extremely tidy and neat. They turned up exactly when they said they would and left no mess behind. We have recommended Hayley Windows to our friends ready for when they plan their window replacement next year.Thanks very much to all at Hayley Windows!

We were looking for a new composite front door with side panel, and a small UPVC window for a bathroom.We made an appointment for Danielle to come out and give us an quotation which she did with good product knowledge and confidence. We then visited the showroom a few days later and chose colours and hardware for the door.Neil and Steve came and fitted the door very professionally and cleaned up any mess they hade made and it was left as if they had never been there.We are happy with the process from start to finish and are very pleased with the final finish and quality of the products they have fitted.Well done Hayley Windows.

We have just had a front door fitted by Neil and Steve, who were very polite and professional whilst carrying out the work. The process started with Danielle and Laura spending a good amount of time with us during their initial visit/in the Hayley showroom, Rob was professional and friendly when doing his pre-installation survey and Mark was very accommodating and friendly in designing our bespoke, leaded glass. Additionally, Kelly and Tanya in the office kept us informed with the progress of our order and dealt with any queries we had promptly.We are extremely happy with the door and the experience with Hayley windows has been excellent throughout.

10/10 Wonderful company and excellent service throughout- absolutely will be using Hayley windows again!The lovely Danielle came out to do the initial quote and was very patient in my response and continual change of mind after receiving 3 other quotes.Shortly after agreeing to move forward, Rob came out to complete the initial assessment and he showed high level of experience and knowledge and helped me make decisions based on what I wanted (decoratively) and how it would work practically.Lastly, Bret arrived to replace the old stained glass door and install the new one. Bret was superb! Polite, efficient, excellent workmanship and considerate to my home and the fact I was working and on calls.10/10 would absolutely have Hayley Windows again.Thank you

Had our conservatory replaced and built into a proper room! Fantastic service from start to finish. Neal and Steve were superb. The whole team, whoever I spoke to, were all lovely, friendly and professional. They have done a great job.Would highly recommend Hayley Windows.
