I like this store. There is a small selection for reptiles, but, worth a visit for your pet needs. Staff are friendly too. Your allowed to bring your dog into the store. Masks must be worn.

Friendly staff and well laid out store. I can easily access two stores and always use this one, even though it's slightly further to travel too.

Been here several times so my little boys can look at the Rabbits and fish, we also went here to get my eldest his first fish but they had just got a delivery in so weren't able to buy any, they were very helpful though as the guy at the till phoned around a few stores to see if they were selling fish, luckily there was a shop 30 mins away so we had a very happy 4 year old.The staff are very friendly and helpful, I have also been in several times since to get some fish for myself and will go in again I'm sure.

I popped in to look at the fish- previous reviews mention the fish being poorly cared for but they've obviously stepped up their act, all the fish looked healthy and lively, no signs of dead ones or damaged fins.I picked up a little female Betta who has settled in nicely to her new home, she's lively and healthy and is already showing her true colours!It's a shame that they house the females together in-store because they, like the males, are prone to being aggressive and stress eachother out- if they were housed separately they'd colour right up and look just as beautiful as the boys.

Staff are lovely and are always greeted on arrival. Good stock..... for me anyway and has ample parking unlike Falkirk where Costa and the Italian across the road gets the most spaces!

The staff member who we spoke with (Leona) was so helpful, patient and took time to answer all our questions about choosing a hamster. She really made it a great experience and was very knowledgeable.
