Been a loyal customer of the salon since they first opened. Always a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the girls offer the highest level of service on every visit. Highly recommended visiting the girls for your next treatment

I can't fault the actual manicure I received or the service from Laura as it was extremely amazing. I booked a second appointment to get my nails done and unfortunately I had a family emergency and couldn't attend my appointment. I emailed and text the number provided to advise and also tried to phone but no one answered. I was then charged for the full service and was told no one received my text or email. I was then told I could get another appointment and this was booked, but I then noticed from the website I was booked in with a new employee, which was totally fine but she was charging £ 12 for nails when I had already paid £27. I asked for my money back for which I was told no and now I am on a waiting list to get my nails done when I don't even want to return back to the salon. I received an email from Karen saying in future I need to advise if I'm not going to attend my appointment which completely confused me as I had already advised I had done this so I messaged back asking what best contact details to use and she didn't bother to message back. The reply I previously received was as a small business they can't have no shows but I think as a small business customer service should be a priority.

Received 2 gift vouchers from her which had a 6 month validity, unfortunately I misplaced the vouchers until last week.Now these vouchers were only expired for a few weeks ( had they been gorcsay 6 months then I would fully understand shops stance)I contacted Karen, the manager and explained re situation and enquiries as to whether I could still redeem the vouchers .I was shocked and disappointed that her attitude was that they continually checked the situation re expired gift cards and would not allow any extension to the expiry date .I certainly will not be purchasing from them nor recommending them.Shocking customer careSo anyone purchasing as a gift beware!

Always a great experience. One tip give yourself time to getting parked near shop. But enjoy the pamper every couple of weeks. Love the advice given as well.

Lovely place, started going here in May 2021 and felt so welcome. Friendly staff, nice clean environment, staff happy to answer any questions and put me at ease. Easy to book and manage appointments through their website which for me is so helpful. Definitely recommend.
