Had Mcdelivery from this place. The last 3 times in a row, I have had an item missing from my order like a burger or a sharebox. It got to the point where I was refused a refund from Uber. I am guessing they thought that I was a liar and trying to get free stuff due to the frequency of times I have had to call. I now refuse to get delivery from this place at all due to the constant mistakes and trouble I have had.

Friendly service. The fries are a bit anemic could do with frying them a bit longer and hot not cold. Sorry for the 3 star's only gave 3 star's for not only m fries being cold but the burgers and chicken nuggets are cold also.

Waited nearly ten minutes for a takeaway. Was told food would be just a minute. No update on how long the food would be. Got out of car to ask and I was given food straight away. Food was cold - heaven knows how long it had been on the side for!

Food was ok but same as other restaurants.Downside was the toilets were disgusting & smelt of strong wee. Toilet seats hasn’t been cleaned properly & there were pee stains embedded on the underside, I used a wet tissue and some of it came off!Otherwise clean in the restaurant as staff were always cleaning tables.

Great tea and coffee. Staff are friendly. It was very busy. Sadly certain tables were not cleared and cleaned in a timely fashion.I visited again today . Staff are friendly and working hard to keep this tired looking restaurant chugging along. My grandchildren were looking forward to playing on the tablets and then dancing in the designated area. Sadly the tablets are broken or cracked. The dancing area was out of order.This restaurant needs to be maintained as at the moment it is not living up to high standards expected from McDonald's. Very poor.

It's very rare that I have to complain about Maccys, so that's why I rated them highly. The new Big & Cheesy is both big and cheesy, so it does exactly what it says on the tin. Looking forward to the Christmas specials too.

Visited today the Penn Road restaurant and experienced disgustingly poor customer service. Went through via drive thru and the member of staff gave me all the options for sauces with my share box meal and the chicken select I ordered. All was fine until I got the collecting my food. The member of staff refused to provide smokey barbecue sauce and said I need to pay. After trying to express that I was given the option to have sauce, this fell on deaf ears and the staff member demanded 50p per sauce, I then requested 2 and attempted to pay by card however, the member of staff who identified herself at the manager, Laura said she would be to take my card out of sight into the restaurant as she did not have a chip and pin machine at the drive thru, which in sounds suspicious.I informed that I was unhappy about this at which point another member of staff appeared who was also very rude. I spent £30 on food and I am sure that smokey barbecue sauce is part of the meal with share box and chicken selects. I requested the staff members name to which she replied, you don't need to know!!In all my years of visiting McDonald’s, I have never experienced such substandard service. The staff really need to address how they approach customer service and this experience will ensure I don't visit McDonald’s again. Shameful customer service.
