The best one!! They manage to create a nice family atmosphere where people care about each other inside and outside the mat. Great Master/Teacher who has plenty of knowledge to share. Plus facilities are great!! I've made a lot of friends. Really good place.Couldn't recommend highly enough! Top!

I was super eager but nervous to start BJJ and after researching locally, found Paraestra Poole. Everyone is mega friendly and you are welcome regardless of ability. There are some awesome gi/nogi fundamental courses for total newbies like me. Can not recommend highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic place to train Jiu Jitsu. Very knowledgeable and patient instructors make Paraestra Poole ideal for experienced grapplers or people new to the sport. All the students are really friendly and help each other, no matter the level of experience. There’s very much a chilled family vibe from everyone. Great timetable with classes in the evenings and lunchtime makes this gym really accessible.

Joined Paraestra Poole 6 months ago and never looked back. World class instruction and classes, private tuition available and the facilities make the gym feel like a health spa. I've tried a few BJJ schools before this and definitely feel like I've found the right place for me. 1000% reccomend

I attended the 4 week women’s only beginner class and absolutely loved it. Both Pete and Merve are super informative and helpful, really enjoyed learning week to week and the videos of the moves really helped being able to practice during the week. Will definitely be back to continue! Highly reccomend giving it a go.

This gym is excellent, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The instructors are always teaching something new so the classes are never stale and everyone grows with each class.

I’ve been training at the gym for about 18months and the thing that stands out is the friendly nature of the other students and instructors. The quality of the lessons is exceptional and there is always someone to help and answer any questions.

Extremely great club and friendly members, everyone is there to help each other out in learning the art of BJJ/Jujitsu. Pete and merve are a great team and always go the extra mile to help everyone out! The beginners courses in Gi and No-Gi are great once you start there is no turning back highly recommend!
