Second Time Around

Met 2 lovely lads who were so helpful. Billy is an absolute character and seems to go out of his way to be helpful and kind to you. They delivered our items free due to our 2 mile radius proximity to the warehouse. So many interesting items to have a look through, and I must say I was having a bit of a bad day before then, and the staff lit up my day!! Definitely returning for more wares !!

Thanks to the team both in Westgate and in Lewisham for helping me with a chair for my father not just moving it to their other store but also for being patient and helpful when the first delivery driver messed me around. Stored my chair until I could get another driver and kept me up to date from start to finish in a very professional manner. Special mention for Adrian Billy and Tom for their excellent service

Loads of items for sale here and some good deals to be found, bought a chest of drawers today for a very reasonable price and free local delivery. Would recommend

Never get them to clear your house or flat of furniture. They will cheat you. The amount they were paying for a decent flat furniture clearance was confirmed in writing in advance. They changed the time on the day they had arranged to come and even then were nearly 2 hours late to pick up. So they couldn't manage to finish in time so i had to go back another day. Afterwards it took four reminders before they finally paid for the furniture and then they paid less than agreed. This was particularly unpleasant as Billy knew the money was going towards the funeral expenses of an elderly guy they all knew and chatted to as he lived round the corner from the shop.

The guys at second time around were super helpful with finding something that would work well for my art project. Lovely people and great stuff definitely recommend checking it out !! :)

Lots of really good furniture with constantly changing stock. Good prices. Helpful team. Billy is a great bloke. One of the last rag and bone men in London! Held onto my table until I could pick it up. Will be back

Went here to get furniture for my new flat and had a 5 star experience from beginning to end! The staff are so friendly and willing to help or answer any questions, and I came away with a stunning coffee table and lamp. Delivery was on time with frequent communication / updates and my front room is now looking cosy and classy for a great price. Will be coming back again!
