I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a personal trainer.I was looking to lose a few pounds and improve my strength after a Christmas of excess. Frankly, I was a butter ball.I had never really lifted weights and the thought of a gym put me off. Ryan’s approach was friendly, professional and tailored. He understood my goals and created a training programme focussed on achieving them.He made sure I was performing every exercise correctly and planned workouts for me to do at home.My advice if you are looking for a personal trainer in Canterbury is to give Ryan a call!

I would recommend Ryan to anyone! I have been going to sessions with him for a few months and I am seeing such a difference in myself. I have noticed pounds and inches of difference in my body and learned so much about exercise and my diet. He is really good at pushing me and I always feel great after a workout! He is really friendly, easy to get on with and so knowledgeable; being someone who has struggled with getting into a routine in gyming and dieting, training with Ryan has allowed me to do it and I am really seeing the results!

Personal Trainer - Ryan Fearn
I was so nervous when I first started training because I never thought I would be able to get fit and had very little confidence in myself. Ryan helped me feel comfortable in the gym environment and gave me the confidence to commit to training. I drastically changed my lifestyle with his guidance and he regularly checked in to see how I was getting on. He would come up with a variety of plans to always keep the sessions challenging and really pushed me to get the results I wanted. Ryan is an exceptional personal trainer and I highly recommend that you train with him if you’re trying to get on that road to being the best you can be!

If you are looking for a personal trainer in the Canterbury area I 100% recommend going with Ryan! My friend who also trains with Ryan recommended him to me, so I knew he was going to be a great motivator and an effective teacher before I booked in.What I really love about the strength training sessions is how present Ryan is and attuned to where you body is at that day. He’ll ask questions, integrate that feedback and work with you, so that sessions feel more like the a collaborative journey, and NOT just someone barking orders at you to do more!! I feel like adaptability, being a good listener and passion/ motivation are all key and Ryan has all these qualities in spades!!!It makes a real difference having someone experienced and knowledgable (who you trust) on hand when your are working out, so that you can focus on what you’re doing without having to overthink the exercises. I feel relaxed in the sessions and so much stronger day to day out of the sessions. And I’m so grateful for Ryan’s encouragement along the way!

I've been training with Ryan for one year and a half and it was the best decision ever to choose him as my PT! Ryan is a great person -very patient, supportive, absolutely professional and also very scrupulous in doing the workout plans. I have gained a significant strength since I started to train with him and I have also learnt a lot about working out in general! A few years ago I would never say once I'll do the weight lifting, simply, Ryan showed me that there is more in me than I thought! I highly recommend him as a PT!

Would highly recommend Ryan for personal training sessions!I started training with him to keep my fitness up over lockdown, and he really kept me motivated. He helped me work on my form, taught me new lifts which I now incorporate into my workouts and made sure every session was fun. Really easy to get along with and will go above and beyond to help you with your workout plans outside of training. Over the last two months he has helped me gain more strength, gain more confidence with my techniques, and kept the enjoyment in working out without the gym. If I ever needed a personal trainer in Canterbury again I would definitely know where to go.

Personal Trainer - Ryan Fearn
Highly recommend. Ryan is one of the best personal trainers I have trained with, his sessions are fun and varied, whilst focused on progression and form. Great for all ages and fitness goals - Ryan also trains my 74 year old dad who has a different set fitness levels and goals. Ryan adapts his programmes and style to bring the best out of both of us. Also worth mentioning that Ryan has taken all neccesary precautions to ensure his training studio is kept to the upmost of cleaning standards.
