Big Yellow Self Storage Harrow

This place is managed by some of the most friendly, professional and helpful staff I've had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with!Azhar, Louis and Tina have been great to work with!I would highly recommend this storage facility which is extremely clean,safe and easily accessible, with a huge parking/loading area.

I recently booked storage for my first experience and had the pleasant surprise of on-hand support re assisting with my queries and future arrangements. Louis in particular is a specialist of the trade and seeks to support in any way he can. He especially solves problems efficiently and promptly. Although relieved to have cleared my unit, I will miss the team and familiar faces!

I am truly grateful for the way in which Big Yellow's customer service team communicates with me, making me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. However, I must admit that the process of setting up an account with them is quite complex and time-consuming, and as I am unable to sign in online, it has been particularly challenging for me. Thankfully, the support I received from the Harrow branch was simply outstanding. Throughout the lengthy and rigorous process, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and accommodated. Not only did they offer me delightful refreshments and snacks, but they also took the time to give me a tour of the building, showing me all the fire exit doors and offering tips and ideas to help me make the most of my Big Yellow experience.

I used the storage service when I went to India on holidays, had a very smooth experience.Pricing was amazing, and the process was quick. They also helped me to book a van.Drop and pickup were both efficient.The place is maintained very nicely.I'd recommend everyone to use the service.

Popped in unannounced, as they were expecting me on the weekend. Spoke to Louis and he instantly sorted out my needs and made sure I got the storage space needed for my requirements. The process was simple and straightforward. Clear information given. Very nice, modern, and secure. Gave me the confidence that there won't be any damp issues that I might get with the storage of some books.

Great experience and amazing people you will find there. Everything is at high standard and I found there Louis, an employee which is showing interest in helping customers , making the service as flexible as possible to meet the client requirements. Overall me and my partner are very happy regarding to the service of this company. Really recommend!

I've worked as a local removal man for the last 15 years.The staff are defensive, and miserable.After siding with some negative feedback a customer had left about my services, the main staff member, Indian male descent, rang me up angrily accusing me of cancelling a job, which wasn't even booked. (the client referred was nasty and obnoxious) a bit like the phone call I had from the man whom referred the job.I move at least 2 customers a week in to storage, but My future customers will be guided to different storage companies which cater for a more hospitable experience than what I've had. Zero stars!
