Highly recommended!

As someone who rented a space here I would be extremely wary , avoid it. I assume most of the comments below giving 5 stars are not actually real, probably people the company asked to rate so they can appear better than they are. Why don’t you search them and see what comes up for them. They’re not real artist studios , they’re units run by really ugly landlords who don’t have a clue about real studios. Your contact is designed to act against you. I’ve spoken to several artists who have rented with capital and were very unhappy with how the landlords behaved. The units are dull and mostly completely empty, extremely cold and in secluded areas that have had rat infestations because of the disgusting bins they keep. I’d suggest you try Artistic Spaces whose contracts are fairer, who have better security, heating, community and landlords.
