Could not fault Alan for prompt service and reliability. I had made an appointment for him to come but when I realized I may need him to come sooner he came later that day and the drain was cleared promptly. Reliable and reasonably priced service.

Alan has done two lots of work for us now and I cannot recommend him highly enough.Excellent work, punctual and efficient.After a couple of days Alan got back to us to check that all was ok with his work and that we had no problems.

I have used Aquastone services to for a small piece of work: mount a bathroom cabinet on a wall and fix the leaky and noisy taps in our kitchen. When I got in touch, Alan was super quick to respond and booked a visit within a couple days. The job was then booked and finished within less than a week.The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the work really good. Both my husband and I are delighted with the outcome.I really appreciated how professional, efficient and approachable Alan was, despite having to put up with my silly barking dogs and my many questions. After recently purchasing a property that hadn’t been occupied for several years there was uncontrollable damp on one corner of the house. Alan quickly identified the problem was coming from a blocked drain and rectified the problem immediately.

Discovered we had a leak late morning contacted Alan who advised how to temporarily stop the leak till he could attend, he attended that same afternoon to repair a section of pipe and stop the leak, very professional and polite highly recommended to all friends and family.
