Have used this branch for many years for tyres, MOT and repairs, no issues at all. All staff always friendly, helpful and honest. I always have confidence in the work and that I will not receive any surprise billing!

Very impressed. My appointment to have the wheel alignment was right on time. The staff were not only very friendly but professional. All this plus clean premises was a welcome change to other tyre centres I've visited over the years

Took our bmw here twice due to rattling noise & scraping noise when breaking.. was told there was 4ml left on the break pads.. 2 weeks later have to replace break pads AND disks. Would never use this place again. Lazy

0 help on a leaky valve wouldn't even have a look but garge across the road did a brilliant job got us on the road with in minutes even though they was so busy

Our car has recently been in for some work. Unfortunately a mistake was made. But we all have bad days. The operative was apologetic. Manager Paul was notified and did ever thing he could to get us back on the road. Communication was good and you could tell this was a one off and they did every thing they could for us. We were concerned this would be one of them times they passed the blame and we get left the the bill. This was not the case. And I was very happy with there response. Mistakes happen it how they put them right that count. ATS were fantastic. I would trust them with my car knowing they are trustworthy and honest. The customer service was great. Thank you Paul and your team for everything.

A bit disappointed, last time I used them I was given proof that service ( oil+oil filter change) has been done. This time I didn't, I don't know for sure if they changed the oil and filter as that's what I paid for plus MOT. I didn't want to wait and see it myself to be done since they were busy. I did receive a digital check copy but it says on it Service not done.

Turned up bang on time for my appointment. They had a bay waiting for me.I was given feedback on the wear and condition of my tyres for future reference.40 minutes later it was done.No waiting, great efficient friendly service.

Poor experience on 2 occasions for an MOT. Rude and unhelpful staff. Went back the 2nd time as Groupon deal was cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for. Went somewhere else and paid full price but got great service. Will never use again unfortunately.

My husband had used this company around four years ago for a tyre change, and he wasn't impressed then, so he had avoided them until last week, when he went in to get some tyres changed. He phoned plenty of time in advance, and was booked in at a particular time, only to be waiting two hours on site for the work to be carried out. Amazingly, as my husband sat patiently for the work to be done, employees were simply standing around talking with other employees and customers, acting as if they had time to kill. And it was blatantly obvious that this company clearly looks after 'Friends' rather than potential new customers, as two people entered the garage asking for work to be done, and were told it would be done immediately. This is disgraceful and my husband was not the only person sitting waiting for works that were booked in, and were obviously booted to the back of the queue, so that their mates, could get the work done first. The company also have a poor selection of tyres, so will avoid in the future.
