You were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and great to talk to!I called up at the beginning of the week enquiring about custom liners for my boots after packing them out last season and was given an appointment ASAP. I came here to hire a roof box for my car at short notice and have been really pleased with the service all the way through. I was looked after by a very helpful and friendly Ed who fitted the roof bars and box to the roof very professionally. The prices are very competitive and there isn't another any where nearby. Will definitely use their services again.

I called the store to get some advice on behalf of a friend who is having a less than ideal experience with another store. I spoke with Julie, on a day they are marked as closed. She sat on the phone for 25 minutes, gathering all the information she needed to give an extremely informed and confident answer.I've never shopped here previously, but the support Julie gave will absolutely put them as my first point of call going forward for any orders.Thank you Julie, you were absolutely class.

I have gotten all of my kit from snowlab, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my ski equipment especially boots. Ed and his team are amazing, Ed is a wizard when it comes to boot fitting my newest pair are so comfortable and warm especially after Ed fitted my Bluetooth foot warmers.Ski equipment is expensive so buying it from a shop you know cares about you getting the right kit is amazing.

Great shop good selection of things, staff are really helpful and knowledgeable! I'd definitely recommend a friend to go there! The prices may seem quite steep! But the equipment is high-end quality stuff! I feel there should be more of a budget range available for beginners.
