I work in retail, this store has some fantastic customer service and a wide selection of fashionable shoes too, from £30-£200 they also have great selection of clothes from tops to hoodies, joggers to hats, will definitely visit again the next time i’m in york!

Went in for some trail running shoes and spent ages ...trying different ones until i decided on a fantastic pair with the help of the amazing staff member ..he was honest and helpful , he was not pushy in trying to force a sale he was polite and had lots of patience he is a credit to your store in york i WILL shop there again his name was declan and i really hope he gets to read this and know how great he was ...thank you

Great service at Size? York yesterday. Friendly staff and seemed genuinely interested in trainers. 1st time in a very long time that I’d bought trainers in a shop rather than online & wasn’t disappointed. Thanks & will definitely be back.

They sell problematic shoes, I wearing them within 10 days no more than 5 times. every time I walk it will make sounds and I can feel it physically, which is so annoying.I got photos and video records about the issue, at first they admit the evidence I provided and at last they just said there is nothing wrong with the evidence I provided! It is a aj1 carol gold, which costed me 90 pounds, I am just a student so that money is still precious.They just push the responsibility to each other, no one really solve the problem for me. emails and phone calls are all useless. it is rude that one store treats their consumer's problem as nothing and makes their consumers feel helpless.I really can't believe they just reply my email that said nrn while my problem doesn't solved yet.I made so many phone calls and emails. They really don't care about them and literally ignore my problem.Here is my truly advice: don’t buy anything in size. I am not saying that all the stuffs are problematic, but if there is anything happen unfortunately, you will realize how helpless you are.And I reviewed once before, they just blocked my review！！ I am gonna keep reviewing this and let everyone see this.

I tried on about 500 pairs of trainers and nothing was a bother at all. Lovely to speak to as well as being really kind and polite. thank u guys (pretty sure it was dec? haha) xx

The staff I have spoken to seem nice enough ,be it short and to the point with some, I have had a few pairs of shoes from here, but forget it if you want a fair shot at the good shoes , I might be too sceptical but it always seems to be the same faces there as soon as it opens on the day of drops of the desirable rare shoes, and they always go out with multiple bags of shoes ? and the staff have them too on the day they release (staff vid of personal shoes on instagram today wearing the just released rain cloud 2002r's , recently released red thunders , size? own dunk also newly released recently ), there is meant to be a raffle for them , I know backdoor trading happens everywhere but it really annoys me
