I asked Gutlin to fix my Atmos clock during lockdown. They were clear about what needed to be done and what it would cost. They communicated regularly, promptly and effectively and returned the clock safely and in full working order quickly and efficiently. Can't really ask for much more than that!

Consulted Mark about Atmos clock that I inherited seven years ago but had never worked. Problem identified, Clock serviced and bench checked for period whilst I was away. Delighted with the advice about its care and the overall service. Excellent value and service. Highly recommended.

Mark and the team did a great job getting my family's late 18th/early 19th century New England USA grandfather clock sympathetically restored - going the extra mile to get it working even when faced with unexpected problems and challenges. The cabinet looks amazing, and the clock is keeping good time.

Mark's service was impeccable and we sure appreciated the effort he put into giving us a clear picture of repair needed to be undertaken to get the clock to work and cost involved. His honest opinion was genuine and he did not even charge for time he spent on giving us a result. Very professional and highly recommended!

So so happy that I found this shop.They are soooo friendly and helpful and excellent at what they do.I have a wall clock that has been in my family for over 40 or so years and after receiving some really expensive quotes for the cost of the repairs etc, such as 6 - 700 pounds, I came across Gutlin Clocks & Antiques. Quite refreshing really, they said they would have a look to see what was wrong, free of charge and then let me know the cost of the repair, before I made the decision as to whether I wanted them to go ahead with the work or not.I had asked them for a rough idea of how much it might cost for my particular wall clock to be repaired, so they asked me what was wrong with the clock, I explained and they said it would most probably be around 40- 60 pounds if my memory serves me right.Mark rang me and told me that there was nothing wrong with my clock, it had just needed to be wound up correctly and that it keeps good time. He also took the time to give some history about it and explained to me how to look after it and how often it should be wound up. He answered all of my questions too. But best of all he said as there was nothing wrong with it, that Gutlins would not charge meI'm so impressed with their customer service, their expertise and natural relaxed friendliness that I've written this review.I'd recommend Gutlin Clocks & Antiques to anyone who has need of such a service or wants to buy what they offer.Brilliant experience and a huuuuuge sentimental Thank You!!""

Good afternoon bike ride to bring my grandma table clock which is late minutes daily. He just sets it up for faster. I would like to pay whatever but he doesn’t want to charge me any. My late grandfather was who show me long ago. Thanks for your kind help. Cheers.

I have been using another company for my clocks both at the office and home. Always an issue of having to take the clocks back regularly.I was introduced to Gutlin about a year ago. Besides an excellent service each and every clock has kept accurate time.I recommend them highly.
