First time using Catjoy services. Really pleased that our two cats could stay in their home environment whilst we were away and be looked after by Catjoy. Incredibly reassuring to receive frequent updates and photos. Home today to find two well-Looked after cats. Would definitely recommend.

It is always hard leaving pets when you go away and as soon as I met Jane, it was clear how much she loves them and would care about all their needs. She is professional, trustworthy and was understanding when our trip had to be cut short. Thank you so much and we would definitely recommend her services.

Jane provided a fantastic, professional service from start to finish. She looked after my cat Winnie and my mum's cat Missy while we were away. Sending us regular updates and photos so we knew all was well back home. Completely faultless. She even watered my plants.We're going to be booking Jane every time we go away.

Jane and James have just looked after my two cats, Ripley and Ozzy, for a few days. I am over-anxious about leaving my cats and worry about them when I am away so it is a big deal to leave them in someone else's care. My previous cat sitter, a close friend, moved out of the area so I had to find another solution other than not going away! I read all of the reviews, followed Catjoy on facebook and finally made a decision to give them a try. My cats gave them the seal of approval when they came to meet them, giving them a greet and sniff - they usually hide away when people visit so this was a good sign! It wasn't easy leaving my fur babies at all but the communication from Jane was excellent. The videos and photos showed that they were absolutely fine and were interacting well, not keeping out of the way, playing and generally being friendly. It was such a relief!Litter trays were cleaned and tracked litter swept up, house secured when leaving and food bowls washed. I have no hesitation in recommending Catjoy and will definitely book them again! :)

Catjoy did a great job taking care of our boy. They sent us regular photo updates and he looked very relaxed in their company. Jane clearly has a great love for cats and I felt happy and safe leaving our cat and our home in her care.
