Needed to get my wedding rings cleaned and went in branch in metrocentre, Gateshead. It was done there and then as they had a little time and left with a quote to get my rings soldered together. Got lots of suggestions and ideas for design and placement and the lady I spoke to was really lovely and helpful. Thank so much! X

Hello, I just wanted to say how great were my visits in this store. Very friendly, smiling staff. I didn't feel any stress or pressure - to be honest I never felt so good and relaxed like in this store. It was the last store I visited with my future husband after being in other jewellery stores in Metrocentre with less hope and happiness. And in EJ the wonderful Hanna Beard did a miracle. Super very friendly, helpful, patience and professional! She did absolutely everything for me/us to get the right engagement diamond ring, a customized one. In a wonderful atmosphere by a glass of prosecco we could start to celebrate one of the most important moments in my life.THANK YOU!

Shockingly bad.Bought an engagement ring 6 months ago that has now developed a chip in the stone, they tried to claim it had taken an impact but this is not the case.Sent it off for a their so called specialist to view and said the same thing.The ring has never been knocked yet alone taken a big impact to cause a chip, so I'm angry they think they can get away with this. There are reviews on this ring that have also said that their stone also got a chip!The stone is either poor quality or has a fault.Ernest Jones are deceitful.......

Bought my wedding ring a few weeks ago and a watch today. Served by Erika both times. Excellent customer service, friendly, polite and not pushy at all. Didn’t push the most expensive ring at me like the other jewellers did in the metro. And very helpful when trying to choose a watch for my partner. Bought 3 items from this store in a few months. All other staff have also been excellent too.

Very helpful staff, with an incredible selection. Bought an engagement ring and (later) a new watch, both times the staff were excellent in helping choose. I will definitely be going back!

I ordered a watch to be delivered to the metrocentre store, I was treated with courtesy and friendliness, I was offered a seat and a cup of coffee while I waited for some links to be removed from the strap, I had other shopping to do so went and returned an hour later, they had finished my strap, when I was paying I was offered insurance which I purchased, this was explained to me in detail, in all a very pleasant experience, I will definitely shop there again

Entered the store and Erica was there straight away offering a helping hand, she listened to the criteria I had and took it on board when showing me options. She wasn’t pushy and gave me exactly what I wanted within the budget I had and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend people to go to Erica in the future
