Such a friendly depo, as soon as we arrived we were taken care of, my nan had parked her car quite far from the actual shop building, so Sebastian came out and moved it himself closer for her, so she didn’t have much to walk when came out, we were made a beautiful coffee at the beginning, and the whole process was so quick and efficient. Can’t wait to pick our car up and have another lovely coffee ☺️

I've had great service from everyone at Startin. Dan, Joe and Zack on the service desk have been fantastic each time I've been in - they'll always go the extra mile and are very accommodating. Matt in sales was great when he sold me my car a few years ago and has been very helpful in showing me the current stock and working out prices etc. Hopefully I'll be seeing him again in a few months for a new one!

Matt Cardwell has been extremely helpful to us from start to finish with Leasing a new Kia e-Niro company car. Matt is very knowledgeable and was able to advise us on the best package to suit our needs.Matt took time to explain in detail what we were signing up for and checking we understood and were happy to proceed. Matt kept us up to date throughout advising of when the car had gone into production and delivery estimates. We first went to Kia Warwick to have a look around and get a test drive on a EV6. We met Colin from sales who was very professional and arranged this for myself and my wife.We enjoyed the test drive and proceeded to buy a brand new EV6 Gt Line. Colin talked us through all the options with other team members. He was really good and soon the sale was complete.I have to say the whole experience was great he was very thorough throughout and one of the best dealers we have been to.Love the car and I will certainly recommend the dealer to my friends.Richard and Donna

Dan, Zach and John were delightful, very friendly, smiley and happy, we bought a new car with them and it was a very smooth process. The new Kia location is stunning and feels extremely luxurious. It's an absolute pleasure to be inside surrounded in a lovely environment.

A huge shout out to Sebastian and John for going above and beyond with their customer service.Sorry for the delayed return - then the drama of missing keys meaning an already late John having to return to the dealership to drive us back home to Coventry.
