Worktops are so much better quality that most others and a lot cheaper shame they don't still do kitchens

Arrived to make booked collection a little early. They had me wait until a little after the booking time even though was first of the day! Then hey said they had nothing for me". Sales had not arranged the collection only the booking time? Eventually

Interesting company to deal with.Customer service isn't amazing when things are going well. The first time I visited them, the person on the counter looked and acted like he'd rather be anywhere else. We had worktops that we'd bought and paid for sold to another customer and had to wait longer for delivery. We had to chase for the delivery and then they turned up unannounced despite them needing manpower from us at the other end. Things go wrong sometimes, I'm perfectly capable of being pragmatic about things and thankfully the client was too and we managed to get is delivered successfully.But, what I find amazing was that a new tap they provided was dripping from a joint that it shouldn't have been and we were fobbed off as if it were entirely our own problem. I am responsible to my clients too and had to pay for the plumber to go out to look at the issue and also to fit the new tap - again, things go wrong and I take my responsibilities to clients seriously, so we have no problem doing that. At the time I wrote directly and professionally to the managing director to get some attention as I wasn't happy at being fobbed off. We received a phone call and the tap was replaced. I was told that they would organise to collect the broken tap, but no further contact was received.Having gone to place an order recently, my business partner was told that they had closed our account because I wrote a rude letter"! Really disappointed that I was refused a refund on a product that arrived badly damaged. I wasn't there when it arrived at the workshop, when I opened the box I saw the damage and emailed immediately with images of the ripped laminate but was told that I'd missed the 24hr returns window!Beware using these people - or if you do make sure you inspect everything before the courier leaves. I lost a lot of money

Really poor experience. Ordered in early March, delays, delays, more delays and then ended up choosing a different design to ensure that delivery could be made from the available stock, mid may deliveries on two consecutive days of damaged products. Ended up with a refund and now having to start again from scratch and have been out looking at alternatives.Edited. Thank you for responding to my review, if only your honesty attention to detail with my order had matched the response to my review. The outcome was we chose a different company, it was delivered within a week and has now been fitted. We wasted months waiting for Blackheath Spectra worktops, we even came to see you in person to get it resolved and I personally drove over 400 miles on the numerous journeys up and down to facilitate the delivery and the visit to the depot. We have asked our suppliers to remove your products from their retail site.
