Booked sorento in for a simple recall. Drove 75 mile round trip to be told they were not expecting me. Booked it in again to have the simple 40 minute job done, another round trip and no one had bothered to even order the part. No apology and no call back to rebook.Avoid at all costs, very poor customer service!
