Dalys Tiling

I am writing this review as I don’t want anyone to have the same experience as us. We had a beautiful new kitchen 18 months ago and Daly’s did the tiling (photos of our kitchen are still on their Facebook page). It looks lovely but we had to call them back a few times (no seal round edges, grout coming out) and here we are 18 months later with cracks appearing and tiles making popping noises. The last time they came out they said we had 12 months to contact them with any issues. Just before the 12 months was up we tried a few times but he was always away or too busy. Said he’d come when he could - never heard from him since. I’d assumed the business had closed until I saw this website. As a footnote, very interestingly, when I posted my review it was the only one. Strangely 8 new reviews, all good, have been posted since, all at the same time.

We had a new kitchen fitted a couple of weeks ago and I could not recommend Daly’s tiling enough. Both professional fast. The service was also excellent. Our fitter, Richard, left our kitchen looking complete and has made our house. The tiles are beautiful and unique. Also Danny who answered the phones, is a pleasure to speak to and very kind and considerate. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Best tilings in Birmingham without a shadow of a doubt.

I got daly’s Tiling in to do a new kitchen and I have nothing but great feedback to give the boys we’re nice guys and very easy to work with. I recommend this company for any tiling needs you may have.
