I took my long evening dresses for alterations here , and I have picked up two dresses in a good condition ironed and done in exactly the same the way I wanted to. I am tsatissfied with the service and customer care provided by Florentina, she is very polite, helpful, friendly and professional. Thanks Florentina for a great care customer care.

Thanks for the fantastic job by the tailor who tried his best to shorten the sleeves of the down jacket and retain the branded cuff! Well done and professional!

Left my favourite pair of work trousers for a zip replacement and a dry clean and they were ruined.Staff could not give an explanation and I am still awaiting for 3 weeks now for a compensation(have not even been refunded for the service paid).NOT recommended.

My name is Sylvester.I have been a customer of the dry cleaners for a few months...There have been some problems with the dry cleaners for some time...I was waiting for a reply regarding my shirt which I had sent to the dry cleaners - about 2 months for a reply.They offered half the price for the shirts.. 2nd case I send the shirts to the laundry on Monday, after which I am informed that I can pick up the shirts after 4 days - Friday.On Friday I pick up the shirts ( I assume they are clean / fresh ) and here is a surprise - Dirty shirts ( especially the collar ) .Answer Mrs. Florentina, because the shirts are no longer new, it is impossible to clean them ...Think about what you're saying.I DO NOT RECOMMEND LAUNDRY !!!!!Kind regards :S.P.

Paid £16 for a coat zip replacement. After 3 days the zip came off. The owner claims that it was forced. He is an absolute and utterly rude man. He wouldn’t even let me speak. Without even looking he blames my child. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! They used a cheap zip that’s the reason it broke.

Judge this establishment for yourself. Can’t please everyone and some customers are just rank poor customers. Nothing but high praise from me and I’m quite demanding. I’ve been using this establishment almost monthly for dry cleaning alterations and repairs including zips since 2018. The various front of house staff are always polite friendly and happy to help, particularly the very pleasant brown haired lady. The alterations by the tailor is always first class and honest re zip repairs. The feedback I have had from the tailor via the brown haired lady is that he enjoys the challenges of my alterations.Judging by the huge number of clothes awaiting collection; this is a very successful business.Some of these reviews illustrates that the customer isn’t always right and that there are always more than one side to a story.

Terribile. They damaged my suit while dry-cleaning it and wouldn't accept any responsibility. Today, after taking near new trousers in to get stitched where some thread had pulled, I found that they'd ripped my pocket. Then again they denied responsibility - even though it clearly wasn't ripped when we inspected them at drop off. On a side note the gentleman doing the work seems to be on his phone most of the time he's working. Would highly recommend avoiding this dry cleaner.

Shocking experience today!!! The employee working today shouted at a customer (they damaged someone’s jacket and blamed the customer!) and were so rude, blaming the customer even though it was the dry cleaners fault. She was not trying to make it right and just blamed the customer instead and shouted like a maniac! Scary experience and one thing is for sure, I’ll NEVER go back after seeing how they treated this customer. Seeing how terrible the other reviews are one thing is for sure, this was not an isolated incident.

I purchased a lint roller along with my dry cleaning and was charged £10 for the item (these typically retail for £1 - £2 in Tesco). After realising one week later, I kindly asked for a refund bringing both the receipt and unused lint roller which was still sealed. The lady refused to offer a refund. Rip off!
