Hand Car Wash London Road ltd

Lovely guys and superb job as always! Very hot today and I was the last car before they closed. Usual high standard even though they must be shattered - and the interior smells devine! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

3 times I asked for a No2 off the car wash menu. They charged for a No 3.When I questioned the man taking my money he just shrugged andSaid the did a No3 so I need to pay.I will forward my concerns to trading standards.I would not recommend !

A standard car wash far from a car valet experience. This place charge 65 quid for a medium 4x4 that wssnt that dirty to be cleaned. That included a hand polish but when it got to the end there was no hand polish and I was told but they have polished the inside.. I would not use this place again as bumper were missed at the bottom. Wheel arches are missed. Inside the wheels are missed just the face of the alloy is cleaned. Lots of sprays to make it look clean but this has not cleaned the car as intended. Half the tyre has been cleaned and then masked with tyre shine.

Awful. With many people saying you shouldn't write a bad review as it can damage a person's business, well, pull. Your socks up and do a job properly.Took my car here for a clean, it wasn't overly dirty inside, but was told it was £29, then to be approached to say they'll have to charge £34 because how dirty it was. I was a bit taken back. Over priced and chancers on getting a higher price out of a customer. Disgusting, cert ai ly won't be going back or recommending them to anyone. You call that clean? Disgrace of a service.

Very unhappy with the service! The staff are lovely and are working very hard however the boss is rude and even though he charged extra for my car being dirty for their addition cost fee, my car has been left with dust and still dirt all over the seats. The boss kept on screaming towards others to move up when there was a free gap but in addition kept on calling me darling multiple times.

went there to get my car washed after work and the owner commented negatively about my looks like how pale i was and that i looked tired. I was after a car wash, not feedback on my appearance. not going back

Very disappointed Used them last month and they were great so went back today and what a different experience Apart form a £4 hike from last time (same service) the main person collecting the money was so rude because I made comment on the hike in price Also said I was lucky as they cleaned my back seat which astonishingly is not include in an internal clean who would have known ? I also mention the chrome on my car was not clean but apparently it’s because it’s chrome ?? I know I’m a women but really ?? I was told to go else where if I didn’t like itI don’t mind paying for a good service/job but not my experience today Another example of raised prices and poorer service. Appreciate they have escalating costs but a bit of customer service and politeness would go a long way Don’t suppose they care as people will still use them anyway Could definitely do a lot lot better.

Use this car wash every month or so on my way from work. Very detailed and professional clean. Friendly management and staff too and all for a decent price too. Would highly recommend.

Best car wash in Hemel, friendly staff, pay attention to detail and reasonable prices. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing job, service. They cleaned up our car after 2 weeks of holiday which was really dirty.
