I’ve been seeing Lucy over a year now for strength training. She’s absolutely brilliant and really understands the specific requirements for women’s fitness. I’ve got a couple of injuries and she accommodates them in my workouts as well as changing the routine up regularly to keep things varied. Highly recommend!

Lucy is a lovely human being and a very talented personal fitness trainer.My bespoke training programne is devised specifically for me, and tailored to my needs.The strength & HIIT training is challenging but energising, she continually changes things up, to keep the sessions varied, fun, and she plays some serious tunes to motivate you.I'd highly recommend Lucy all day long!

Every Bootcamp is different, always challenging and great value. Lucy is a great motivator and is careful to tailor the session to each individual, so everyone is pushed safely whatever their age or fitness level.

Lucy has been incredible. Given me huge amounts of confidence in my strength and capabilities, I’ve never felt fitter or stronger.She tailors our programmes to what suits me, my goals and also how I’m feeling.Highly recommend. If you are a woman wanting to feel better / build strength/ think ‘pt isn’t for you’ then Lucy is your person. Give her a try and I promise you won’t regret it.
