Very difficult to navigate in a wheelchair, especially after 10pm when entrance is closed.Lifts are very narrow and tricky for all but the slimmest of wheelchairs.Exits could be better signposted. Had to use car ramps to get from one floor to the next as some lifts were not working.

left my car overnight, window smashed and all my belongings taken. DO NOT PARK HERE.I was parked not even 2 meters away from the “24hr manned” office.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of parking at this car park, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the exorbitant prices.The cost of parking at this facility is simply outrageous. I understand that parking in certain areas can be pricey, but the fees charged at this car park were completely unjustifiable. It felt like I was being taken advantage of, as if they were exploiting the lack of alternatives in the area.Not only were the prices high, but the lack of transparency regarding the charges was also frustrating. There were no clear signs or information indicating the rates, and I only discovered the astronomical cost upon receiving the bill at the end of my visit. This lack of upfront pricing information left me feeling deceived and misled.Furthermore, the customer service at this car park was subpar. The attendants seemed disinterested and unhelpful, providing minimal assistance when needed. Their indifference towards customer satisfaction was apparent and did nothing to alleviate the frustration caused by the exorbitant prices.Considering the steep fees and the lackluster customer service, I cannot recommend this car park to anyone. It's simply not worth the financial burden and the frustration that comes with it. I strongly suggest exploring alternative parking options in the area or utilizing public transportation to avoid the excessive costs associated with this car park.

Plenty of spaces.£32 for 24 hrs.Lift light wasn’t working and stairwell smelt like you would expect.Plus side did see cleaners cleaning and lower levels were being refurbished.

Big, but crazy layout as the pillars are in the actual spaces, and the pillars are Huge!! Who designed this?? Super expensive. It's only convenient for the shopping centre

Park at your own risk. No customer service. Charges are in the photo. Alternative car parks are orange & green car parks right next to it. Not any better but slightly cheaper. Most of the car parks are quite congested if you have big SUV it will be tricky to manoeuvre. I will update if I find better car park hack around Brighton.

If you want to get out after an event good luck, complete shambles, stuck for an hour while nothing moved. Add in the insane prices. Avoid at all costs

This car park is an absolute and most definite avoid, no cameras apart from the car exit. Left my car here overnight to come back to a smashed window and nothing left in the vehicle. Customer service? Non existent! Please park here at your own risk as cars get robbed every single day, as i’ve seen from other reviews.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I passed 4hours by mere minutes and was charged for 24hours. Absolute con artists, use the main Churchill square shopping centre car park it is so much cheaper.
