I have used Knowles for a number of years and have always found them to be extremely helpful. I had my new car delivered last week and am over the moon to say the least. The service that I experienced from ALL involved from the call centre to the people that delivered the vehicle has been outstanding in all aspects. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. A big thank you for your excellent customer service.

I've used Knowles who provide cars under our work based salary sacrifice scheme. They seem very capable & professional and all dealings so far have been very good. Their staff are knowledgeable & update you on progress & I've found all communication from them to be excellent. I haven't used them for any issues with the car etc so far but I have no reason to believe that they won't be anything other than completely reliable and professional based on my experience so far.

Liam helped to draw up a shortlist of cars within budget and then tailored to my specific requirements until we found the perfect match. When I had a query about my order spoke with Tom D who was very quick to provide the information required and sort the query. Top service all round 5*

Been waiting for the car ordered August last year that was supposed to be due last February then pushed back til March saying there's a shipping delayed. Then pushed backed again on April. Now the availability is still being pushed back from what supposed to be May 16 has now been pushed back to May 30. Decided to call them yesterday to ask what's happening with the car they're saying the car was shipped but been recalled again due to a missing component. Planning on cancelling just waiting the quotation for the charges that we need to pay even thou they didn't deliver and given us stress.Update: now it been pushed back to July. Due to a shortage of components? Then why has the car been shipped and recalled last march what component or part takes 4 months to get? Total incompetence.

Great service. Whilst I initially waited a while for my car due to production delays because it was electric, (not Knowles fault) Knowles were extremely helpful and constantly kept me up to date with what was happening. When my car did come it was swift delivery and Chloe, Callum and Nigel who I dealt with were always friendly and helpful and very professional. Would recommend.

Avoid...shocking customer service. The other half has a lease car in immaculate condition. The car has age related corrosion on some of the wheels through no fault of anyone (even the dealer has confirmed this)...yet it's costing to get it sorted. Just swindling money out of people at any given chance. Also the attitude of some customer service agents wasn't the greatest, quite snotty and finger pointing before seeing the condition of the age related problem.The new car was delayed because of taxing" issues

Constantly increasing prices month on month. Ordered cla250e and was delayed by 12 months only for it to be cancelled. Finally ordered a MG ZS EV and now it's been delayed again. 16 months and still no car. Tom keeps saying get a car on a daily rate while I wait but this works out even more expensive than the other car. . Poor service. Quotes only valid 14 days. Oh yeah also cannot find/filter a car by monthly budget as this option isn't available. Edited: email given to contact them to raise complaints further and no response.

I’ve recently received my second car from KnowlesFleet. They’ve been a fantastic and affordable company to deal with. From choosing a car (they were very happy to help for 5 months of decision making as every car I considered was available and they quickly assisted me when I ordered the wrong car!) to customer care (calls always answered promptly and queries dealt with quickly, no matter if they’re complicated or straightforward) they’ve made having a car a very stress free experience. The insurance side are brilliant too- prompt, pragmatic and extremely effective. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been really pleasant and helpful.

I've used Knowles for over a decade and they have always had fantastic customer support. Always kept up to date when a car is on order and any problems [I had an EV for 3 years] although not solvable [due to MG and dealership] where discussed and communicated effectively. This will probably be my last lease car as I'm looking at retirement and due to the huge price hikes I'm sure there are better deals out there!
