Well, where do I start, they have the most outdated collection, the service in-store is pathetic, most of the Tills don't work, so you end up in a long line and the staff always don't know anything.

Went into zara today and was in the line with my friend. The service was terrible, not any conversation at the till at all and the woman that served us was more interested in the alarm going off then scanning my items or making conversation. Asked me to pay quite rudely and clearly didn’t like her job. Do better zara !

Has many nice things. Google maps shows it wrong. It is the correct address but when you open the map it shows wrong. It is next to primark and river island.

Not much sale stuff left and I felt the new range of clothes were a bit on the dull side and all the same muted colours, but I normally find something nice there

My experience was different,The staffs (at least the one that served me) were really nice and pleasant.Even sent a customer back that was trying to jump the queue.The stuff I got was also lovely and of very high quality.

Great Zara with lots of stock. Always great when the Zara sale is on, they transform the entire shop to be mostly sale items.

the staff are awful in this shop, so off putting. every time i've been in they've been snobby and had an attitude like they're annoyed at you. i get retail jobs aren't great but there's having a bad day and there's plain rude.at my most recent visit i was paying for an item and the lady was clearly not happy but as i was paying there was someone to the left of the desk gesturing to a rail and asking if they could look at the clothes and she waved her hand saying yes. a minute later the other person behind the desk started forcefully pushing the rail, pushing the customer who was stood at the other end and didn't stop. then walked back to the register and both the staff members gave eachother a disgusting look as if the customer was a problem. it was so strange. anyway yeah just seems like they think they're better than everyone and want you to know it. not a nice place

The customer service in this place is absolutely appalling. Feels like it's a punishment for these assistants to work in this store. No smile, no greeting of the customer, no 'thank you' or 'have a good day'..., instead all you get is a grumpy look down on you and mumbling under the nose. Where is the management??? What are they actually doing? I had a terrible experience today and definitely won't be returning to the store. And those working in there should be taught basic manners. Embarrassing
