I started with TL fitness at the start of February and have been loving it so far.It is a excellent space to get fit, everyone is friendly and supportive and TL is great and knowledgeable and always on hand to chat and advise.The information and tools she gives you are brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service from TL fitness. The gym and community vibe make the workouts a nice environment to train in. Tracylee is always there to support you and give advice on technique. Great place to go if you want a friendly and safe place to get fit!

I've been training with TL for 7 weeks now. The online classes are great and the home workouts vary. TL is so knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and health and is willing to help you in anyway that she can. She motivates you to keep on track so you can achieve your goals. The whole warrior chic community is so welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend TL, sign up and you won't be disappointed!

Started training with TL years ago and I am so glad I did! She helped me start my love of fitness and showed me the difference weight training can make. She helped me grow confidence in my own abilities and pushed me hard to reach my goals, motivating me at every stage. Most importantly for me- she provided unbelievable support even when not training 1-2-1. If you want results and to workout in a fun and supportive environment- TL is the person for you! her experience and knowledge is second to none!

I've been with the Warrior chics for about 7 months now and it's changed my life. Being in the Warrior chics has helped me life create healthier habits that I am able to implement into every day life. I feel the happiest and healthiest I've done in a long time. The group PT sessions are tough but fun. TL is a great coach and always encourages me and pushes me out my comfort zone. The warrior chics community is second to none. its like having your very own cheerleading squad. If you feel stuck in a rut this definitely for you!

Joined the Warrior Chics in April and the difference in my life in such a short space of time is phenomenal. TL has given me the tools to create healthier habits - I’m more active than ever, I’m improving my relationship with food and I’m actually really enjoying exercise for the first time. TL is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and gives the perfect amount of challenge to really get the most from us. The Warrior Chic community is like nothing I’ve ever experienced - a group of women who genuinely support each other in and out of the gym. So glad I joined, feeling happier and healthier than I have in years.

A community of supportive women working together to achieve individual goals. Great motivation during the group workouts in which exercises can be adapted to meet the needs of each person. TL shares easy to follow knowledge/advice on all aspects of creating a balanced lifestyle, including exercise, nutrition, mindset etc. I would recommend to those who have specific goals in mind or those who want to become happier and healthier.
