Printed the wrong details (the wrong year) for 30+ leavers hoodies for a whole school year - which is fine, everyone makes mistakes. However it's been 5 weeks since this, and correct items still not received (or maybe even printed? Sent?).Communication is tiresome and slow, and it seems very hard work to what I see as a simple issue.

We used JAMROLL for our school leavers hoodies for the last 2 years and they have been fantastic. The system they have in place to create and order the hoodies is really really easy to use and makes the whole procedure so simple. Our school gives JAMROLL a definate 5/5

I would give 0 star if I could! Printed the wrong year on school leavers hoodies (the year number is all you can see on the back of the hoodie. honestly did the whole company fall asleep while printing these??). They promised to send the replacements, but we have been waiting for weeks now. The children had to have their leavers photos taken in the wrong hoodies. The customer service was awful and refused to refund after all these. AVOID!
