Really disappointed that I now need to travel for 30 minutes for another supplier that cares for it's customers and stays open until the ungodly hour of 5pm. Greed and Self Importance, Shame a long time customer goes elsewhere.

HGV drivers note: The specific co ordinates for entry to this site is …. (53.0888527, -1.3621930) you can punch these numbers into your sat nav under the co ordinates search option and it’ll take you directly to the entrance no messing about with postcodes.Bit of a wait as you can’t drive under the canopy as it gets blocked while they check the truck in front of you being tipped (Also Canopy has a height limit of 15ft 5 so if you’re above your not going to get under it)Staff I spoke to were friendly enough, been to worse sites.

The staff in the warehouse floor are so Rod, when shopping this morning I was asked by the member of staff to move out of his way no respect to customers whatsoever, I had full trolley and was just collecting some kinder egg's so l left the full trolley there and walked out, they've lost £1500 to say the list, went to bookers instead and spend my money there insted

Waiting at the checkouts to be served is a major issue .They have staff but are too busy walking around.I asked one of their check out staff why you make customers wait for so long,her reply was You Wait At Supermarkets in long queues why can't you wait here.I don't think this is the answer anybody would like to hear.

Closing at 4pm for a Cash and Carry is embarassing. Small operators stay open until 10pm. Openning hours need to be revised, makro and costco et al all offer far longer hours for their customers.

Waiting to be served on the checkout is common problem. All other Cash and Carrys seem to understand this and manage it well by calling staff from warehouse when a queue forms. Here they watch you waiting and waiting.
