Excellent tutor who was very experienced and gave great support to our son throughout the period of tutoring. Tina highlighted all the important areas which needed improvement and helped to create challenges building both confidence and knowledge. We would highly recommend Tina.

Our grandson was struggling with primary school work. With Tina’s input he quickly gained confidence and enthusiasm for studying. He made quite a leap forward in a short space of time and is greatly benefitting from this extra tuition. We have Tina to thank for that.

Tina has been supporting our daughter for four months as a maths tutor. We have seen a considerable improvement overall. Including a boost in confidence and her grades have improved in all areas of learning. We are very happy and impressed with the progress so far. Our daughter is also very happy and comfortable with Tina and her teaching techniques.

Tina has tutored my daughter in Maths for a considerable time, over many months in fact, all this done remotely, while I have no problems with remote teaching, for the majority things were fine,no issues at all, I purchased, printed, scanned work back, attended weekly after lesson meetings, everything I was asked, though there were odd times and only in recent weeks, where due to my own work commitments, that I failed to attend one after lesson chat, though I did organise for my husband to do it instead of myself, I failed to submit one piece of homework on my daughters behalf and once I did not answer an arranged call for a review on the exact time it was set by Tina. I apologised profusely, explained about my pressures at work.I was told time and time again by Tina herself that she was a professional tutor and she would not chase me in retuning my call, it was my error that I missed the arranged review (indeed it was but I did try to reply with a call and I sent a text apologising)I was told that we would do another 6 week lesson plan, I apologised again, this was met with the response, that she was a professional tutor it only worked as a triangle, as in myself as the parent, the tutor and my daughter and questioned my own abilities on how I would ensure I did not miss any future calls, It was belittling with no empathy without being reasonable, I decided to take it on the chin, maybe the tutor was having a ‘bad day’. As mentioned above it was ONCE !The following week, I received an email, stating she was sorry for the delay in getting back to me but felt she could no longer continue tutoring my daughter! I responded to say I had apologised and what happened to going forward with the six week lesson plan and ask what the issues were, to be blatantly ignored..I have not been rude, only apologetic for things that were minor in my opinion, one off’s and not consecutively, I feel this tutor feels it’s her way or the high way, there are more ways in having qualification to your name to be able to call yourself professional and Tina is not !

My son has been having sessions with Tina for six weeks now. She is very professional and keeps me informed of his progress at regular intervals. He is growing in confidence and I am pleased with how his skills are developing. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic tutor! Really personable, friendly and understanding of your difficulties. Has a great subject knowledge too! Without Tina I wouldn't have passed my Maths Skills test for my Qualified Teacher Status! I would highly recommend this tuition ! Thanks Again Tina!

My son has made significant progress since working with Tina. He is far more confident in his reading and writing and his abilities have improved around his maths also. Tina has a very engaging style and always full of ideas to keep my son's lessons both imaginative and educational.

Tina has tutored my 3 children in maths and english. She is always professional and works well with the children to help them achieve their very best, gently pushing them when she knows they can do something they may feel they can't. I would definitely recommend Tina.
