I turned up at the shop around 11am with a broken reverse side of an iPhone 13.Was told it would take 1 hour to fix. Perfect service. Very happy with the fix and very polite owner and staff. Would highly recommend to get your devices fixed here. Thank you.

Rung the associated phone number to ask about a cracked phone screen replacement. My phone is non-EU and hence Samsung said they couldn't replace the screen for me. I explained this over the phone and the team specifically ordered in the correct replacement part for me and replaced the phone screen in under 45 minutes. Went above and beyond to save my phone. Can't recommend enough, super friendly and helpful

These guys are super. They ordered me a new battery for my Google pixel without asking for any money upfront and I returned the next day to have it fitted. Fantastic service, highly recommend these guys.

Highly recommend Mobile Masters of Newbury! Took my phone in to Mobile Masters after a replacement screen fitted by a large franchised repair shop dropped out off my iPhone. Not only did Mobile Masters fit a replacement screen in under 10 minutes, compared with the 1 hour wait elsewhere, they fitted a QUALITY OLED display unlike the previous OLED display. Fantastic service, friendly staff, Quality Product and great price! Highly recommend!! What more could you ask for!

Sat on my Samsung phone and screen went black. Disaster! Nothing worked. Took it into these guys who fixed a replacement screen in 20 minutes while I finished my shopping. Can't believe it - phone now working perfectly, just as before. And the price was a good bit cheaper than elsewhere. Thoroughly recommend Mobile Masters - polite, knowledgeable staff, good spares supply and quick!

I brought in my Samsung Note 8 for an assessment, and it was confirmed that it is unrepairable. However they had a very good condition S20+ in store, and the assistant offered me a very generous £50 part-ex value for my old phone.He also fitted a screen protector for the new phone. Price of the new phone was about £25 cheaper than competitors, and in better condition, after a thorough cleaning, I can't see anything wrong with it.
