The level of customer service from this guy is outstanding. I contacted this store looking to purchase an apple pencil because my friend was in the area and I rang ahead to see if he had some. He didn't have any in stock but he not only rang other stores in the area for me he also rang stores in different towns along my route! When nobody had any he then recommended where to buy online. Insteadd of ordering online I asked monaghan fix if he could order it in for me and post me it as I wanted to give him my business and I didn't mind waiting. I got updates about my order along with tracking. Item arrived today and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely contact monaghan fix from now on for anything eletronic. Thanks again.

Very helpful and kind personal. My phone only needed its charging port cleaned, so I was able to walk out after 20 minutes. They adamantly refused payment for this small job, so here I am writing this review instead. Best phone technicians in Monaghan; would recommend.

This place is well worth a visit, if you have problems with laptops, Nintendo switch etc.i brought 2 items into the shop, the first problem was sorted out within 5 minutes regarding laptop, and the problem with Nintendo was identified and is being dealt with.

10/10! Ali is very professional at what he does and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I had put in a request for what I needed, within a few minutes I had a response & within a couple of days Ali had the stuff ordered and ready to go for me. Very welcoming store and easy to deal with. Will definitely be recommending his service to family and friends.

I bought my i 11 pro max and I got it back 5 days later and ail said it is fix and they I broke a day 1 and I also brought a iPad 7 generation and when I got it the home button broke and I bought a pc and ail took 3 months to say the he can not fix it and I got at fix in hue in Monaghan shopping centre do not recommend Ali slow at fixing things and ride

I have went to Ali a few times now when having problems with either my laptop or phone. He can always tell what the problem is straight away and tries his best to fix it as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Ali to anyone having technological issues!!

I needed a Macbook charger urgently and tried several places in Monaghan, none had any. Flemings recommended I try Monaghan Fix, so I called, and Ali was so knowledgeable about it, and showed me that I could actually charge it through the USB-C port as well as the MagSafe charging lead. Not only this, he offered to charge it for me for a while in the shop to get me some battery power for my zoom calls, and then lent me a lead until I was able to get my own. Sadly, the bottle of wine I dropped in was of no use as he doesn't drink alcohol! Cannot recommend them highly enough - please pop into them if you need anything at all!

Contacted Monaghan fix regarding a refurbished phone for my son. Great recommendations offered and I used the Christmas club to pay the balance monthly.
