Really impressed by this Amazing Gym, huge choice of equipment. Machines that arent available at other gyms. Reasonably priced. Clean. Great cafe and shop. Music good. Lighting great. Really impressed. Plenty of space.

Company ties you into a 12 monthly contract. Does not advise you of this until you’ve signed up. (Nicely tucked into their T&CS). I advised them I can no longer continue this due to a medical issue but they do not make cancelling this easy at all! Good luck if you have a life changing injury you will still have to continue to pay this membership. Disgusting company practices. Awful customer service over the phone and via email. Why I owe you a debt for a further service you have not yet provided I will never know!

All the staff here made my first time here special. They were all smiles and positive from the moment i stepped in. Thank you to Andy for showing me around. I had a successful workout very clean and will be coming back excited.

Great gym, properly equipped, with enough racks that you don't need to fight for one. Good selection of proteins and powders both to buy and and make shakes for you on the go. Definitely recommended and I will keep coming back.

Fantastic gym with an abundance of equipment. Its really well spaced out and you'll have no issue for getting on a machine during your workout. Really good atmosphere and the shop and coffee bar are a bonus. I only signed up for a week, due to travel in the area, but wished they had a similar gym where I lived.

Excellent facility with a station to train every body part with plenty of opportunity for free weight excercises too. Enough lifting platforms for everyone.Spotlessly clean throughout, plenty of space I'm the changing rooms and a wide selection of foods and drinks in the cafe.

Honestly a great gym. I have tried countless gyms in Newport and haven’t found any other better than this one I am a big fan of all of the trainings facilities such as a dedicated cardio area, cables, free weights and so much more! The shop area is amazing with thousands of different protein powders in addition all of the staff is always really happy and always smiling all and all I love this gym and will continue to come back
