The lockdown room is an excellent gem off the beaten path in east London serving you an excellent selection of beers. Their new food collab of JUK POU x The Lockdown Room serving the best of Chinese comfort food is a can’t miss experience, their tender pork dish goes beautifully together with a Pillars Brewery Pilsner!

Great staff, killer cocktails, good beer on clean lines and awesome food. Nice hidden gem next to Canning Town station. Live music nights and different events ties it all together. Their resident kitchen Eat Lah is gone now but Juk Pou is here now and is delicious alongside with different food stalls/trucks everyday of the week on the square

The Lockdown Room
We had a workshop nearby for 30 people and booked the Lockdown Room as a venue for drinks and food afterwards. It was fantastic - we had a section to ourselves and everyone could just order the food and drinks they wanted at the bar. The staff did an amazing job of keeping track of the orders and the tab and were very welcoming. As the organiser it made is very easy for me, as I didn't have to collect pre orders and everyone could have whatever they wanted on the day. The food was great - we had the Mexican menu and it was delicious, with plenty of veggie options and vegan options on request. There are great beers on tap and a wider selection in cans and the ambiance of the place is relaxed and welcoming. Thank you to Anna and the team, we really appreciated your hard work.

The Lockdown Room
We had our friend’s engagement party here and it was overall uh-maze-ing experience! Very welcoming staff, and they were all so incredibly nice and supportive throughout the night! Especially Sophie the bar lady, she was an absolute gem! And great atmosphere throughout. Definitely come back for drinks and another event. 5 star service!
