Evolve Building Surveyors complete a home condition survey, prior to purchase. The surveyor was very knowledgeable and the survey was completed in a timely way. The subsequent 70 page report was very detailed with plans, photographs, descriptions and an explanations of the findings which were easy to understand. Commissioning the report from Evolve gave us detailed information about the property and the confidence to purchase it knowing there were no significant issues.

Iain is fantastic! He had the survey booked the week following my initial enquiry, with the report ready only a few days later. I was very impressed by the detail of the report and how clearly it was presented, including photos.His customer service is also incredible, he is always quick to respond to my emails and did a follow up call a few days later to ensure I was happy with the findings in the report.Highly recommend!

After booking Iain via RICS website, I found Iain's overall surveyor skills were amazing. Not only did he book me in during a busy May but he completed the report to a high level of detail , on time and offered diagram and examples of photographs to explain the various levels of wear and tear.I found the report easy to decipher and he also arranged a phone call post-survey to discuss all the notes through. Bonus was getting a pre-survey document and also photographs of the roof that he took by drone. Would highly recommend Iain!

Evolve provided a very detailed and comprehensive home buyers survey at a fair price. All aspects of the condition of the building were covered. They included photos to accompany all observed issues and recommendations were made for how to deal with the problems found. Iain was a pleasure to deal with and very willing to discuss any of the issues further. I would gladly recommend them.

He left no stone unturned whilst surveying the property, and the report was prompt, detailed and clear, with lots of photographs. Without doubt the most comprehensive survey that I've ever had for buying a home. The detail was impressive and each point / recommendation made was backed up with photographic evidence. It was Iain who did the survey and I found him to be professional, friendly and approachable. I don't move house often, but when I next move, it'll be Evolve that I call to do the survey.
