Charming in every sense! A delightful little shop with lots of quirky originality, and a lovely owner who couldn't have been more helpful. There is something for everyone here, from soaps, candles and lotions with bewitching scents, to more folkloric craft items from local artists, and gorgeous handspun yarns, some spun by the owner herself, for customers who knit. Workshops on making leather bound books and decorative brooms are available in a separate workroom at the back, for crafty customers. Not for children, but teenagers and above will love it. A really great addition to the Summerhall area and well worth a visit.

We visited the shop a few weeks ago and was enchanted by the place. Such a unique wee place to make your own broom, magic book or buy yourself some nice witchy items. A must visit on your travels around magical Edinburgh

Wheel of Fate is a brilliant little shop! My friends and I recently booked a private bookbinding workshop and had such a lovely time! Tara was fantastic helping us set this up and very accommodating of individual needs of the party. The workshop leader, Jenna, was brilliant and the materials are really high quality. We are all thrilled with our leather-bound journals!A few of us had also attended the broom making working in the past and would highly recommend this too.I would highly recommend Wheel of Fate both for their workshops and the beautiful items in the shop. Thanks to Tara and Jenna for a lovely day!

A beautiful and unusual arts and crafts shop, art gallery and studio venue. Local artists, interesting workshops, sustainable materials. I cannot wait for the fibre workshop! A welcome addition to our street and to our community.
