Stay away. They will overcharge you and fabricate numbers to match, they will try to avoid any responsibility for the building they manage and rent to you, they will ignore your e-mails and phone calls if something goes wrong, they will try to charge you for checks and repairs they have to carry, and it's their responsibility, then waste your time and argue about it, they will not respect your lease and overall it will be more pain than it's worth. Giant corporate behemoth with horrible small business eating practices.
